Ivanhoe Church is seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to work 16 hours a week in support of church communications and office operations. Duties include email and correspondence, bulletins and newsletters, website and social media updates, scheduling support, and general administrative tasks. Clear communication and strong computer skills are required. Familiarity with the seasons and rhythms of church life is valued, and some experience with basic bookkeeping is helpful.
