Service of Remembrance Recognition Form

Member or friend of Ivanhoe Church,

We invite you to share the name of a loved one for Ivanhoe Church’s Service of Remembrance (Totenfest), which will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2025. During this sacred service, we will honor friends and family members who have died within the past year by reading their names, sounding a chime, and lighting a candle of remembrance for each one.

To be included in the printed bulletin, names must be received by Friday, November 7. Those present in the service are also welcome to lift up the name of a loved one not included in print.
